The Curves "Like a Bride" Competition

Curves South Wales* are looking for a lucky lady who is getting married for a chance to 

Win a One Year Gym membership to Curves*

Curves are a women only gym offering a 30 minute complete workout – ideal for the busy ‘Bride to Be’! 

To enter into the competition, or to nominate a friend** – send a photo of the engaged couple to curves_south_wales@live.co.uk 

Your photo will be posted onto the Curves South Wales Facebook page

The winner of the competition will be the ‘Bride to be’ who has received the most ‘likes’ of her picture!  So ‘tag’ yourself, ‘share’ the picture with your friends and get ‘liking’ for your chance to win a One Year Free Gym Membership to Curves*
  • In order to tag the picture, you must also ‘like’ the Curves South Wales Facebook Page)
  • The competition will run to the end of March 2011 and will be announced at a Charity Event on 25th March (further details to follow)
  • Competition is open to those getting married from April 2011 to Dec 2012
  • Entrants cannot already be a member of the Curves Gyms at Baglan, Cowbridge or Bridgend
*Please note only Baglan, Cowbridge & Bridgend Curves gyms are taking part in this competition

Day 7 of Diet Plan

Breakfast
3 Egg whites, 1/2 cup green peppers, 1 slice granary bread

Snack
1 small apple

Lunch
Ready meal from a 'healthy' range, 1 cup raw broccoli, 2 tbsp raisins

Snack
8 Strawberries, 100g low-fat cottage cheese

Dinner
115g grilled chicken breast, 3 cups fresh spinach, cucumber, 2 carrots, 2 Ryvitas

Day 6 of Diet Plan

Breakfast
1/2 cup bran cereal, skimmed milk, 1 medium orange

Snack
2 carrots, 1 serving of blue cheese dip

Lunch
2 slices granary bread, 1 grilled beefburger, lettuce, tomato, 1 large gherkin, 1 medium peach

Snack
Cereal bar and 1 cup skimmed milk

Dinner
170g grilled chicken breast, 1 cup of mixed veg

Day 5 of Diet Plan

Breakfast
1 slice of granary bread, 3 egg whites, 1 medium banana

Snack
4 carrots

Lunch
2 slices granary bread, 115g turkey breast, 30g swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato.  1 cup raspberries

Snack
100g low-fat cottage cheese.  4tbsp raisins

Dinner
Ready-meal from a supermarket 'healthy' range. 1 low-fat yogurt

1/2 cup bran cereal and 1/2 cup skimmed milk

200ml fat-free fruit yogurt

Lunch
Turkey salad

Snack
1 cup cantaloupe melon, 55g ham, 2 Ryvitas

Dinner
115g grilled beed steak, 1/2 cup sweetcorn, 8 strawberries
