Breakfast
1/2 cup bran cereal and 1/2 cup skimmed milk

Snack
200ml fat-free fruit yogurt

Lunch
Turkey salad

Snack
1 cup cantaloupe melon, 55g ham, 2 Ryvitas

Dinner
115g grilled beed steak, 1/2 cup sweetcorn, 8 strawberries
